A total quality assurance system has been established to achieve this and assure uniformity in effort. This will develop an environment that encourages and promotes the never ending pursuit of Quality and Productivity improvements.

Hoosier Spline Broach Corporation dedicates its resources to maintain a Quality Plan that can assure the goals and objectives of the Quality System are attained. A Quality Assurance Manual has been developed. This manual defines the program for quality organization, quality planning, monitoring control characteristics, statistical process control, purchased material and services control, in-process inspection, non-conforming material, blueprint and specification control, packing and shipping, gage control and procedures have been developed. These are maintained to insure they are stable with the use of a statistical program.
